Q-Vend provides extensive service and support on the solutions provided. We train your staff in using and maintaining the hardware provided by us and in how our platform works. This way, you may be able to solve most problems without our help. If that is not the case, we are available 24/7 to help and we will quickly provide replacement hardware if something turns out to be defective.
