Personal data: data that directly or indirectly say something about you. For example, your name and email address.
Processing: everything that can be done with personal data. For example, collecting, but also storing, using and deleting your data from our administration.
Whose personal data do we process?
We process personal data of people with whom we have, want to have or have had a direct or indirect relationship. This includes, for example, personal data of:
- Customers;

- People who are affiliated with a company or organisation with whom we want to have, have or have had a relationship.
Important: if your company or organisation provides us with personal data of employees or Ultimate Beneficial Owner(s) (also known as ‘Ultimate Beneficial Owner(s)’ or UBO), you are obliged to inform these employees or UBO about this. You can send them a link to this privacy statement. These employees or UBO can then see how we handle their personal data.

3. We want to continuously improve our products and services. That is why we regularly ask questions to our relations. It is then important to know to whom and therefore which type of organisation we can ask appropriate questions.
4. For promotional and marketing purposes. This allows us to send you relevant information about new developments and to better respond to your wishes. We always ask your permission for this (in accordance with the Telecom Act).
